Compulsory government charges beyond the visa, country by country
The visa fee is rarely the whole bill. Each row lists the compulsory charges an official source sets for visitors other than visa and arrival-card fees: tourist and accommodation taxes, departure taxes and airport levies. Where a charge has several rates, the row gives the rates as the source states them instead of one figure. Where only another government's travel advice states a charge, the row says which government. A country missing from this table has not yet been researched or has no official page we could read; it does not mean no such charge exists.
