Is Somaliland's visa different from Somalia's?

The UK government tells people travelling on a full British citizen passport that if they are travelling to Hargeisa International Airport they may be asked to present the Somali eVisa to board your flight, but it will not be considered valid for entry in Hargeisa; they must buy a single-entry visa on arrival at Hargeisa International Airport, valid for one month.
