Countries that require travel insurance to enter

Most travel-insurance writing online is sold rather than sourced. This table is the opposite: it lists only countries whose own authorities make insurance a condition of entry, and states the minimum coverage where that figure is officially published. Absence from this table means insurance is not a legal entry condition — it does not mean traveling uninsured is wise, only that no border officer will ask.
