Bosnia and Herzegovina visa and entry requirements

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Foreign Investment Promotion Agency lists the countries whose citizens do not require a visa to enter — among them Australia, Canada, China, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States — and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says nationals of EU member states and Schengen signatory states may enter with a passport or a valid identity card. The ministry says citizens of Ukraine need no visa for up to 30 days within two months of first entry, and that Russian citizens may stay up to 30 days without a visa with a tourist voucher, and need a verified invitation letter or a tourist voucher to stay up to 90 days. Citizens of countries under a visa regime may enter without a visa if they hold a valid multiple-entry visa or residence permit issued by a Schengen state, an EU member state or the United States, for single stays of up to 30 days; visas are issued at Bosnia and Herzegovina's diplomatic and consular missions abroad.
