Kyrgyzstan's Regulation on the stay of foreign citizens lets citizens of the countries in its Annex 1 — among them Australia, the UK, Germany, Canada, the US and Japan — stay visa-free for a total of 30 days in every 60-day period. It allows longer visa-free stays to some: up to 90 days in every 180 for citizens of Eurasian Economic Union states and of Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Mongolia and Moldova, up to 60 days in every 120 for Uzbekistan, and up to 180 days in every 360 for Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs' e-Visa portal says citizens of certain countries are eligible for the e-Visa if they meet the required criteria.
