Counted over the 12 months from your first entry
Ordinary visitors, business visitors and tourists may spend 90 days in any period of 12 months, counted from the day of first entry into Zambia. The officer may not grant all 90 days at once; the remaining days can be added at the nearest immigration office free of charge.
This limit is the one set for travellers who need permission to enter. It does not cap a stay you make under freedom of movement.
