Driving on a Saudi Arabia license
Brazil and Saudi Arabia are both party to the 1968 Vienna Convention, so an International Driving Permit issued in Saudi Arabia is one Brazil is bound to recognize.

The Consulate-General of Brazil in Miami tells its visa applicants that before travelling to Brazil their passport must be valid until their intended date of return (US passports) or for at least six months after the date they enter Brazil (passports of all other countries).
