Yellow fever certificate
Arriving from Sri Lanka, no yellow fever certificate is required: WHO does not list Sri Lanka as a transmission risk. It can still be demanded if you have been in a risk country shortly before arriving.
Driving on a Sri Lanka license
Sri Lanka is party to the 1949 Geneva Convention and Indonesia to the . They share none, so no treaty obliges Indonesia to recognize an International Driving Permit issued in Sri Lanka.

- Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) — Indonesian Customs says all passengers entering or leaving Indonesia must submit a digital customs declaration; it is free, and the QR code is scanned by officers at the terminal. Arrivals by air or sea file it through the All Indonesia service (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id); arrivals by land use the customs e-CD site (ecd.beacukai.go.id).
