Driving on a Nepal license
Nepal is party to the and Mongolia to the 1968 Vienna Convention. They share none, so no treaty obliges Mongolia to recognize an International Driving Permit issued in Nepal.

- Passport validity — The UK Foreign Office tells British nationals their passport must have an expiry date at least 6 months after the date they arrive in Mongolia. The Embassy of Mongolia in London asks visa applicants for a passport valid for a minimum of six months before the intended travel.
