Bolivia's Migration Directorate (DIGEMIG) sorts passports into three groups: Group I countries do not require a visa, Group II countries require a consular visa or an entry permit issued by the Bolivian immigration office, and Group III countries require a consular visa. Bolivia's migration regulation (Supreme Decree 1923) says a tourist or visit visa is granted for 30 calendar days and that the stay for tourists is 90 calendar days at most per year. The UK government tells British nationals they can visit for up to 90 days without a visa, Australia's Smartraveller says Australians do not need a visa for tourism, and Hong Kong's government says HKSAR passport holders can apply for a tourist visa on arrival for a stay of 30 days.
