Children from the age of six and below the age of 12 pay €45; the fee is waived for children under six (Visa Code, Article 16).
The EU lists Poland among the Schengen area countries. EU law says Member States let Union citizens enter with a valid identity card or passport and may impose no entry visa on them; the EEA Agreement extends this to nationals of the EFTA States. Nationals of the countries listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2018/1806 are exempt from the visa requirement for stays of no more than 90 days in any 180-day period, and nationals of the countries listed in Annex I must hold a visa; ETIAS is currently not in operation. The Visa Code sets the visa fee at €90.

90 days in any rolling 180-day period
90 days in any rolling 180-day period, counted across the whole Schengen Area rather than per country. The Schengen Borders Code counts the day you arrive as the first day of stay and the day you leave as the last. Leaving and coming back does not reset the allowance: the Schengen Borders Code counts the 180-day period preceding each day of stay, so days already spent anywhere in the area during that period still count against the 90.
This limit is the one set for travellers who need permission to enter. It does not cap a stay you make under freedom of movement.

Poland is a party to the 1949 Geneva and the 1968 Vienna Conventions on Road Traffic (UN Treaty Collection). Poland's Act on Vehicle Drivers lists, among documents issued abroad that prove the right to drive, an international driving permit as defined in the 1949 Geneva Convention and a national or international driving licence as defined in the 1968 Vienna Convention, and says such a licence entitles its holder to drive in Poland for 6 months from the day their permanent or temporary stay begins. It says a valid licence issued by a European Union member state, Switzerland or an EFTA state party to the European Economic Area Agreement entitles its holder to drive for the licence's period of validity, and that a national licence defined in an international agreement to which Poland is a party entitles its holder to drive within the scope set by that licence and agreement.

The EU's Travel to Europe site says that the first time you arrive at a border crossing point since the EES started, passport control officers will take a photo of your face and/or scan your fingerprints, and that this can be quicker if you register some of your data in advance using a self-service system or a mobile application, where available.

The Visa Code sets the visa fee at €90, and €45 for children from the age of six and below the age of 12; the fee is waived for children under six.
