The Egyptian Consulate in Washington lists USD 32 for a single-entry visa and USD 67 for a multiple-entry visa, for which the applicant has to provide a ticket reflecting multiple entry into the country; it says the fees for UK, Canadian, Zimbabwean and Nigerian passport holders are on a separate list. The consulate says this procedure is for non-American passport holders except for the countries on its pre-approval list.
Compulsory government charges only. Service fees and anything optional are excluded, which is what makes the figure comparable.
Yellow fever certificate
Arriving from Bangladesh, no yellow fever certificate is required: WHO does not list Bangladesh as a transmission risk. It can still be demanded if you have been in a risk country shortly before arriving.
Driving on a Bangladesh license
Egypt and Bangladesh are both party to the 1949 Geneva Convention, so an International Driving Permit issued in Bangladesh is one Egypt is bound to recognize.
Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.
