Yellow fever certificate
Arriving from Pakistan, no yellow fever certificate is required: WHO does not list Pakistan as a transmission risk. It can still be demanded if you have been in a risk country shortly before arriving.

Visitors without the required insurance may be refused entry.
- Zanzibar mandatory travel insurance — The UK Foreign Office says visitors (except residents) who arrive in Zanzibar first must buy travel insurance from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation. The Corporation says proof of other international insurance coverage is not accepted, that the policy is valid inside Tanzania for a maximum of 92 consecutive days, and that only one policy per visitor is allowed per trip.
