Yellow fever certificate
Arriving from Philippines, no yellow fever certificate is required: WHO does not list Philippines as a transmission risk. It can still be demanded if you have been in a risk country shortly before arriving.
Other entry requirements
Passport validity — Tanzania's visa guidelines say visa applicants must ensure that their passports have a validity of at least six months and at least one unused visa page before submitting their application.
Mainland Tanzania mandatory travel insurance — The UK Foreign Office says visitors (except residents) who arrive in mainland Tanzania first must buy travel insurance from the National Insurance Corporation (NIC) for the duration of their stay, up to 92 days, as other travel insurance policies are not accepted. Visitors without the required insurance may be refused entry.
Zanzibar mandatory travel insurance — The UK Foreign Office says visitors (except residents) who arrive in Zanzibar first must buy travel insurance from the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation. The Corporation says proof of other international insurance coverage is not accepted, that the policy is valid inside Tanzania for a maximum of 92 consecutive days, and that only one policy per visitor is allowed per trip.
