Belarus visa for Lebanese citizens

What Lebanese citizens need to enter Belarus, with the official source for every fact.

Embassy visa

For visa-free entry through Belarus's airports, the Foreign Ministry says citizens of Egypt, Gambia, Haiti, India, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Namibia, Pakistan, Samoa, South Africa and Vietnam must also have a valid multiple-entry visa of an EU member state or the Schengen zone, with a mark in the passport showing they crossed its border, and tickets confirming departure from those Belarusian airports within 30 days of entry.

How to apply

When to start: Allow at least 5 working days: that is the longest processing time the authority publishes.

What entry costs

Compulsory government charges only. Service fees and anything optional are excluded, which is what makes the figure comparable.

Driving on a Lebanon license

Lebanon is party to the 1949 Geneva Convention and Belarus to the 1968 Vienna Convention. They share none, so no treaty obliges Belarus to recognize an International Driving Permit issued in Lebanon.

Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.
