Yellow fever certificate
Arriving from Turkey, no yellow fever certificate is required: WHO does not list Turkey as a transmission risk. It can still be demanded if you have been in a risk country shortly before arriving.
Driving on a Turkey license
El Salvador and Turkey are both party to the 1968 Vienna Convention, so an International Driving Permit issued in Turkey is one El Salvador is bound to recognize.
Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.

- Passport validity — El Salvador's migration regulation (Art. 25) says every foreigner seeking to enter El Salvador must present a passport valid for more than six months, unless a treaty, convention or agreement on the matter applies or the foreigner is in transit through the country to their country of origin or residence. The UK government says that to enter El Salvador your passport must have an expiry date at least 6 months after the day you arrive.
