Visa-required nationals holding a valid multiple-entry non-electronic visa (with at least 90 days remaining) from the US, Schengen, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Japan, Norway or New Zealand qualify for Morocco's eVisa. So do visa-required nationals living in the EU, the US, Australia, Canada, the UK, Japan, Norway, New Zealand, the UAE or Switzerland with a residence card or permit valid at least 180 days on the date of application.

Driving on a Ghana license
Morocco and Ghana are both party to the 1949 Geneva Convention, so an International Driving Permit issued in Ghana is one Morocco is bound to recognize.
Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.
