Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Egyptian nationals under 15 or above 45 years of age may obtain an e-Visa without additional conditions, and Egyptian ordinary passport holders aged 15 to 45 may obtain 30-day single-entry e-Visas at www.evisa.gov.tr provided that they have a valid Schengen, US, UK or Irish visa or residence permit and travel to Türkiye with Turkish Airlines, AJet, Pegasus, Egypt Air or Air Cairo.

Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says ordinary passport holders of several visa-required nationalities can get a one-month single-entry e-Visa if they hold a valid Schengen, US, UK or Irish visa or residence permit, for some nationalities provided that they meet certain conditions.

Turkey and Egypt are both party to the 1949 Geneva Convention & 1968 Vienna Convention, so an International Driving Permit issued in Egypt is one Turkey is bound to recognize.
Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.

- Passport validity — Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that, under article 7.1b of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection, foreigners should carry a passport with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the "duration of stay" of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption or residence permit. It also advises having a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.

How long can Egyptian citizens stay in Turkey?
Up to 30 days per entry. Türkiye counts the allowance across a rolling 180-day window: the MFA states the exemption as “90 days in any 180-day period” for nationality after nationality. Leaving and coming back does not start a fresh 90 days — days spent in the previous 180 still count against you. The MFA does not say whether the day you arrive and the day you leave are themselves counted, so we count both.
