Nepal is party to the and Turkey to the 1949 Geneva Convention & 1968 Vienna Convention. They share none, so no treaty obliges Turkey to recognize an International Driving Permit issued in Nepal.
Whether a permit is required alongside your national license is set by national road law, which we have not checked for this pair.

- Passport validity — Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that, under article 7.1b of the Law on Foreigners and International Protection, foreigners should carry a passport with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the "duration of stay" of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption or residence permit. It also advises having a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
